Hank Ackerman is a principal at ArganoSCMO2 and co-lead of the new Supply Chain Performance Improvement practice. With more than 20 years of experience driving supply chain and operations performance improvement within global manufacturing, distribution, and industrial service companies, he brings extensive knowledge of the chemical, metal, mining, paper, CPG and distribution industries. Previously, Hank was vice president of supply chain at Prince International, where he stood up the supply chain function and implemented S&OP, inventory management and order-2-ship excellence. Prior to Prince, Hank was a partner at Venetia Partners and Director of Global S&OP, Logistics and Distribution in the global supply chain for Novelis and was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal where he helped build their private equity performance improvement capability. Hank holds a bachelors from Davidson College and M.B.A. from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
