Dale Rabeneck is a principal at ArganoSCMO2 and co-lead of the new Supply Chain Performance Improvement practice. For more than 30 years, he has been a global visionary and evangelist for digital business transformation, helping companies identify value through organization design, supply chain optimization and technology alignment. Dale is very customer-centric, with a vigorous focus on upstream/downstream impacts, end-to-end business perspectives and executing business solutions in complex environments. He has extensive experience in with manufacturing and service industries, and has implemented numerous processes in chemicals, CPG, industrial, metals, mining and transportation industries as well. Prior to joining ArganoSCMO2, Dale held senior leadership roles with US Steel, Novelis and Accenture. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
