Laura Hubert is the Sr. Director of Planning Transformation at Fossil Group. She began her career in specialty retail at Payless Shoesource and Armani Exchange before joining Fossil in 2008 to lead their apparel planning area. As the head of demand and assortment planning in 2019, she led the implementation of IBP for Demand before embarking in her current role working with Fossil's global offices to establish best practices across the end-to-end supply chain, develop enterprise-wide standard KPIs and reports, continued training and support for IBP, and implementation of a robust S&OP process.

Rob Bilger is the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain at MSA, the world’s leading manufacturer of sophisticated industrial safety equipment. After serving in a variety of design and manufacturing engineering roles with Eaton, Rob joined MSA in 2004 and has helped develop and deploy strategic initiatives across MSA’s global manufacturing footprint. An accomplished leader with the ability to quickly translate complex technical problems into tangible results, he has a proven track record of profitably utilizing Lean Production System principles and Six Sigma methodology to achieve business success.
Christine Jabra is the IT Manager of Enterprise Solutions at Panasonic Canada. She is responsible for the planning and implementation of enterprise applications in support of existing and new business operations focusing on business process improvements through automation of system processes. As a member of the IT Business Council Christine helps lead the IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, as well as coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT applications across the organization.
Kylie Smith joined Vari in July of 2018 and leads the Business Operations Team as a Director of Technology overseeing end-to-end technology solutions leveraged by the Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and FICO teams to manage their internal business processes. This includes managing several enterprise applications and integrations in Vari’s landscape (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, IBP, Dell Boomi, Cleo and more). Throughout the past year, Kylie has served as Vari’s technical lead to successfully implement IBP and is in the final stages of a full SAP S/4HANA implementation scheduled to go live October of 2021.
