During a seven-year tenure in various roles with Unisource Worldwide, he helped implement new business technology strategy and formed a center of excellence to achieve improved growth and profitability. Miles began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he implemented large scale transformation programs that included process, technology and organizational changes.
